The technologies to be implemented on sites are:
The S/S (Surface/Sub-surface) is a technology based on the thermal electric generator that uses the difference between soil surface and subsurface temperatures to generate electricity 8,000 hours a year. We have current installations in Berea, Ohio Net Zero Complex being monitored by the Ohio Turnpike Commission as its current configuration provides electricity for the streetlights, it cools the pavement in the summer to reduce the "heat island effect" and melts the snow in the winter all for free as a residual effect. It has and estimated 75% reduction in maintenance costs by tempering the thermal expansion in concrete.
The S/S (Surface/Sub-surface) technology has been designed to configure with lighting, heating, cooling, pumping, watering, condensation, and thermal and electrical power storage systems.

The W/W (Water Whisker) is a technology based on atmospheric condensation that extracts water from humid ambient air. Utilizing electricity generated form the S/S, creating a secondary thermal differential to create a condensing mesh that converts humidity into water.
The W/W (Water Whisker) technology has been designed to configured be generated by the S/S as well as solar, thermal and electrical gneration and storage systems as well as conventional systems. The WW is also configurable to output for agricultural, residential and commercial water system applications.
