Clients were looking for a true European Modernist flare of Bauhaus Architecture, yet also maintain some aesthetics of the neighborhood and adjacent property roof lines. Design was started from initial bubble diagram from client and gradually modified with addition of program, site restrictions, budget considerations, family needs, and design aesthetic.
