Site Feasibility
KINDO Studios can assist in assessing your potential home site for design and construction feasibility.  Looking critically at the pros and cons of each site to assist in the determination if the site in question suits the intended design purposes (size, orientation, approach, tree coverage, views, adjacent properties, utility consideration, etc.)  The feasibility study may provide insight into the recommended choice of sites for your home or design alternatives not originally considered.  The goal is to insure that the intended design program can be accomplished on the site or sites in questions.  A first step that has significant ramification on the entire project.

Site Analysis
Site analysis includes investigation of zoning restrictions, geo-technical issues, environmentally sensitive areas, micro-climate, topography and views. Examining the building site in this detail allows KINDO Studios to make recommendations for design and modifications while working within municipal zoning regulations. Land use and critical area regulations continue to become more restrictive and complex.
