Design Services:
MoS has created a brand packet containing: brand identity, store concept, previous conceptual store layout and kit of parts for fixture systems. and has an established team of leaders, designers, marketing, and retails professionals; KINDO Studios roll would be to gather the latest interpretation of these concepts to create a 3D design for next and recurring retail location. And as MoS has completed several retail locations with its established leadership and team of designers, marketing, and retail professionals, KINDO Studios roll would be to gather the latest brand identity information and ideas for the current retail locations and translate this into the conceptual deign for the architecture and build environment.
SD (Conceptual - Schematic Design):
Produce conceptual 3D design and layout for areas based on MofS current design guidelines, design concepts and CAD drawings provided. (4-7 views will be created for discussion and selection of DD rendered views)
Review: 3D drawings with color selections and basic materials will be reviewed and edits marked for incorporation into next drawings.
DD (Conceptual - Design Development):
Produce 3D design based on MofS notes from SD phase. (3 views)
Review: 3D drawings with color selections and basic materials will be reviewed and edits marked for incorporation into next drawings.
FD (Conceptual - Final Design):
Owner will receive view image files in pdf or jpg format.
Upon completion of the final design meeting the owner has the option to have KINDO Studios provide additional revisions or explore more recent concepts and alternative retail, marketing, or experiential design ideas for the latest or existing facilities.
Architect Coordination:
Once MoS is satisfied with the final conceptual design, KINDO Studios services can be utilized to recommend, engage and coordinate with the individual local architects to support permit drawing & approval, construction and contract drawings and documents to maintain the conceptual design integrity and standards.
