KINDO Studios provides the local expertise with recovery, design, planning, permitting and construction. And partners with their recommended consultants, builder, realtors and prefab companies to help streamline and expedite the entire process from initial contact. We have also helped some of our consultants recover, redesign and rebuild from fires. Contact us and we can set up a time for you to speak with them and even visit our current projects in the area.

Local to navigate and expedite the planning and permitting process
Partner with National Prefab company that we have collaborated on several wildfire including the Woolsey fire. We leverage there larger resource of Architects and expedite details, planning and permitting approval, while expediting build times and reducing costs.
Local Engineers - Structurel, Geotech, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
Local General Contractors, Grading Contractors, Foundations Contractors - help provide preliminary assessement and costs and timelines
Local Realtors - familiar with rebuild and who were also are clients from the Woolsey Fire. They understand the process, insurance funding for rentals, have a network of realtors throughout the area.
