Having worked in disaster recovery for decades, we have seen people and companies pop up as experts, architects, builders, debris removal, etc, only to see these companies not deliver on their promises, overhype there capabilies and under estimate the costs. We have had countless owners come to us after paid an architect tens of thousands of dollars, only to come to us a year later stating thier project are milliosn of dollars over budget, thier builder has left with a deposit, or vendors just ghosting them.
This is why we utilize local area experts, builders, vendors, realtors, all who have a proven track record in the area and a vested interest in community. Not one has increased thier costs and will even provide discounted or include free services.

Partner with National Prefab company that we have collaborated on several wildfire including the Woolsey fire. We leverage there larger resource of Architects and expedite details, planning and permitting approval, while expediting build times and reducing costs. All locally managed.
Local Engineers - Structural, Geotech, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
Local General Contractors, Grading Contractors, Foundations Contractors - help provide preliminary assessment and costs and timelines
Local Realtors - familiar with rebuild and who were also are clients from the Woolsey Fire. They understand the process, insurance funding for rentals, have a network of realtors throughout the area.
